Key-Loc 1017 - Tennessee(?) USA 1968. Another one of those hard-to-track bands. Someone suggested Texas (label was there) others have said Tennessee. I however hear SoCal Chicano garage in this this and it wouldn't surprise me if it was a California combo. The other side is psych and a lot less interesting than this - a pure garage dance monster. Brilliant!
